America has three "kings." They are not kings in the commonly perceived understanding of a king, who is the ruler of an empire. Rather, America's kings are more akin to a blend of tyrannical land barons, and the minor kings of ancient Great Britain warring over islands. However, there is no physical real estate for America's kings to own or rule, and they possess far less honor and principle. Instead, they impose their power by fiat of their title and influence in our non-judicial branches of government.
King Mitch: Few have better encapsulated the meaning of the term "RINO" other than Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell (R-KY). His list of concessions to the democrats in the Senate is too long and too embarrassing to revisit. He was essentially emasculated by his liberal counterpart, Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV), when he was Senate Majority Leader during the Obama administration. King Mitch has further angered conservatives by supporting other liberal republican politicians. (It's worth noting that Mitch barely staved-off being "primaried" in 2014 to a more conservative candidate, Tom Bevan, who has since become the current Governor of their state.) Mitch couldn't be the poster-child of RINOs if he didn't exercise nepotism, as his queen/wife has recently been appointed to a cushy yet powerful position as Secretary of Transportation.
King Paul: Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) acquired his scepter, when king Boehner descended from his throne in 2015. King Paul is perhaps the most
disappointing of all three kings, as he has been tainted and has ultimately succumbed to the powers of "precious" (a nerdy LOTR reference). He entered Washington as a reputable
republican from the mid-west, but has since become a tool of establishment RINOs in Washington. Instead of championing a repeal of Obamacare in the House of Representatives, he immediately
caved to the appeasement of his RINO colleagues and the conniving of Reince Priebus. Of America's three kings, King Paul is perhaps the most redeemable. Unfortunately, "precious'" cunning is
notorious for keeping its prey in darkness.
King Reince: Perhaps the most resented type of king is one who acquires power in the shadows, as King Reince has. Reince Priebus (R-??) completes the trio of stooge kings. He is not even an
elected official, but he arguably has as much, if not more, power than the sitting president himself. Reince had been doing the closed-door bidding for establishment liberal RINOs
as chairman of the RNC, until he was appointed as the president's right-hand man. King Reince has since manipulated president Trump to convince Steve Bannon he would have an equal ruling
position. Predictably, Bannon is on a slow-suffering road out of the White House, while King Reince laughs on his throne. Iago the parrot in Disney's "Aladdin" comes to mind.
Collectively, America's three kings have consolidated their power and have no intention of being held accountable. "Drain the swamp" my eye! Trump has not only abandoned his promise to drain the swamp, he has brought in contractors to build resorts on the swamp's riverbanks fully equipped with dehumidifiers. He is thinking of moving his residence to a new Trump Tower in the middle of the swamp, just so he can feed the alligators that vacation on his porch. Little does he know he is actually sinking in the swamp as though it was quicksand. The regency of America's three kings ruling our two branches of Congress and White House is nauseating to conservatives, and obviously infuriating to the vast majority of Americans.
